- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We ship all orders via The Courier Guy.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your order, your delivery location, and the shipping method selected.
The final shipping fee will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. Rates may vary between different regions in South Africa.
4. Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders delivered to Gauteng usually arrive within 1–3 business days. Deliveries to major cities such as Cape Town, Durban, and other urban areas typically take 2–5 business days. Regional and rural areas may take 3–7 business days. Please note that these are estimated times only and are not guaranteed.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a **tracking number** via email and SMS. You can track your parcel directly on The Courier Guy website.
6. Shipping Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. International Shipping
We currently ship **only within South Africa**. International shipping is not available at this time.
8. Risk of Loss
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, all risk of loss or damage passes to you. However, if your parcel is lost or significantly damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance.
