At PILLR Elevated Essentials, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

 

 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

- Be in its original, unused, and unworn condition

- Be in its original packaging

- Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

 

 How to Start a Return

1. Contact us on the contact page within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

3. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

 

Please note: Returns sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

 Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible (replacement or full refund).

 

 Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:

- Sale or discounted items

- Gift cards

- Any item that has been worn, used, or washed

- Custom or personalized products (if offered in future)

 

 Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

 

 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

 

Please note that it may take additional time (up to 15 business days) for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund in your account.

All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.
